Yes i did the calcs for amortizing and see the huge benefit of interest on a deal to prospective buyer (owner financing) if I charged 6% interest.

Unfortunately this documentation is getting easier and easier to come by.Also, I was sure to let any prospective tenants know that the facility was not pet friendly, and though you may see a neighboring tenant with a dog it is because he was here when you took over the building.

You might also try reverse prospecting on your MLS to find saved searches with criteria that match your listing and contact the Realtor who has that search set up for a client.

Not totally familiar with construction liens, but they usually get paid or end up in a forced sale.If you're wholesaling the house and your prospective buyer is willing to pay the lien off, then proceed, but I don't think they'd go for it.
