Hello! I am learning about Realstate investing through Bigger Pockets recently. I am requesting info on behalf of a friend/Realstate investor that lives in the Greater Atlanta, Ga area and has her first investment property in TN bought with her husband who is deployed with the military currently. If their are suggestions to who best handles taxes specializing in Realstate investing in this area or any other info will be helpful However, if any other firms/agencies have been beneficial for people local to the Atlanta area I welcome other suggestions.
