@Jeff McDermott  are you talking land in path of progress or land to be developed into housing or apts or commercial. what exactly is early state development to you can you be more specific

@Michael Gatti hey mikeI'm very positive on philly right now myselfSome great gentrifying neighborhoods ( point breeze, port Richmond, brewerytown)I personally happen to like port Richmond and plan on picking up a few units in that neighborhood as the progression is heading up the river from Fishtown and nolibsIf you need any help feel free to reach out to me as I've spent a good amount of time in that area

I have no prior RE experience, but I have invested in REI education, and would like to find a local mentor to aid in my progression, teach me the proper ropes, and to help me get my business on a great and PROPER start.

@Sherwin Gonzales - Our younger Bay Area FTHB homebuyers tend to be progressive and concerned about (or at least conscious of) gentrification/displacement.

They use a draw schedule to pay for the work as it progresses.
