Newbie REI from Atlanta, GA

Hello! 

I am a super newbie here to BiggerPockets, and to the Real Estate world as a whole! I am from and currently reside in the metro ATL area, and I am currently learning and seeking mentorship in real estate investing, beginning with wholesaling, and flipping properties. The current city that I live in is on the rise with RE opportunities galore. 

I have no prior RE experience, but I have invested in REI education, and would like to find a local mentor to aid in my progression, teach me the proper ropes, and to help me get my business on a great and PROPER start.

I plan on making REI a full time career, and will be starting up my LLC by the end of the month. I am also considering obtaining a RE license.

Any advice on starting my business, wholesaling/buy&flip, or anything substantial to the REI industry would be appreciated!!! I look forward to establish meaningful networks on BiggerPockets.
