At a minimum If she actually works for a company vs being a one person operation, you need to bypass her and speak to owner about the her.Never be pressured into signing something until you are ready.You have my sympathy but I would focus on finding a 'good' PM to take over and untangle this mess.Good luck.

Aside from difficulty in finding renters where is the pressure coming from for you to take a loss or risk a loss by modify your lease.If you are being forced to give up potentially 17% of you annual income would it be safer to not rent to students.

I also really like High Sierra 1.5 shower head (available via amazon) because it works well if you have low water pressure and it's simple with no option to switch to higher output water setting.
