Jenn,The "X" is eligible for FEMA's preferred risk policy so the pricing should be reasonable. 

Tim we would really prefer that the 4plex is vacant since I am more meticulous with tenant screenings.

I'd prefer to wholesale in the meantime to build a larger down payment as well.

I purchased it under a 5 year ARM loan back in 2019 as it had a preferable rate at the time.

Preferably you pay under market, fix it up (limiting the big ticket issues), cash-flow for ____ years, and in the future sell at market value.

If not, then you need to go back to the drawing board on your strategy because it may be incompatible with your preferences.
