Austin Davis Nashville area advice?
19 April 2017 | 8 replies
I think the Nashville area would be a great market to purchase in- there are ~100 people/day entering the City, which is a pretty consistent percentage from ~2006 - Present. If they're going to be doing stuff in Nashville proper, I'd look into Columbia/Spring Hill/Thompsons Station, or Brentwood if they have the funds- those are great bedroom comunities, and in the former 3, there are options which would allow for farm animals and some level of separation.
