Getting my RE License so I can one day invest!

Hi,

I'm finishing up my Real Estate courses for the State of California to receive my license with an end goal to invest in real estate and to make Real Estate a full time career.  I will be applying for my exam and license soon, but I am torn as to which broker I want to hang my license with.

I'm not so much concerned with commission splits or broker fees.  I am wondering if there are others out there who already do what I want to do? Do they work with a monthly fee brokerage?  What is it like to work there and are there opportunities for training? Do they work with sellers/ buyers?

Im basically like any new applicant/licensee, wondering what its like on the other side

Any advice?  Anyone in Los Angeles, California that can explain what it's like there?

Thankyou to everyone in advance!
