I am a partner in a General Contracting business building new Custom and Production homes.

I am seeking recommendations for a Registered Agent to handle LLC setup and related filings for new real estate investment business that my partner and I would like to set up. 

I personally think out-of-state investing is a top choice.

I know I need help with Go-To-Market strategies and train two members of my team to help as business relationship specialists.

They seemed willing to work with me on a cash out refinance bridge loan, but the representative that called me is super flakey and gave me different information than the person that emailed me.

We have our own personal home, but are interested in the idea of having some rental properties to generate additional income and build wealth. 

The common area language should dictate that personal items are not stored in common areas, it may also address maintenance of those areas, but you will need to amend it to address outdoor furniture and grills. 

My own business currently leases one of the spaces.
