Organizing subs from across the country is not an efficient use of my time so if a PM could help put together a reno plan with me that is ideal.I'm looking to buy more buildings with more units there over the years so I'd really like to build a bridge with someone long term.

After meetings, I personally scold the presidents for bringing in Snake Oil Salesmen and I write the club organization presidents letters.

Now that I've seen the opportunities and built my own organization across 11 states in a year and I'm on track to match my full time income as a part timer at eXp, I'm fully in!

So far I have taken the steps of joining the BP group, I’ve read Rich Dad Poor Dad, I’ve organized my finances to be able to start paying down my liabilities to create the ability to lower my debts and build a savings and I’ve never purchased a home before.What I’d like to do is build my knowledge, skills, confidence and network.

I can then organize my data however I want but I usually sort by # of BRs and date of sale.
