Guys, I hope this makes you think! Lifestyle Business vs. Growth-Minded Business!!!!! Which are you??? It is not about how much you save by managing your properties, your rehabs, and everything else! It is more about how much you value your own time. How much are you really saving, if, to me, you are worth $500 an hour (finding the next awesome deal)? And also how much is your time worth away from your family and friends?
