Here is a formula I developed in Podio a few years ago when I did fix n flips to determine purchase price (Note you need to put in the Listing Price for this to work): (-(@Desired ROI (%)/100 + 1) * (@Estimated Rehab Costs + (@List Price * @Buying Costs (%)/100) + (@Holding Time (mths)*@Holding Costs /mth))+ @ARV - (@ARV * @Selling Costs (%)/100)) / (@Desired ROI (%)/100 + 1)

Knob and tube wiring?

My brain was visualizing some of the older housing which has two-wire knob and tube.Every K-n-T I've seen is two wire 120 only, ungrounded, with a twist-fuse in the distribution panel, and only 15amp.
