I am a finance guy but unfortunately my education is not adapted to the US real estate market and I am little bid confused.Goal:Buy a 2-3 family house to do a small rehab and rent afterward. 

I did check out the Market Maker feature though, and I feel like it's somewhat OK.

And if the tenant mouths off to the service guy , they dont have to take it , and dont be suprised if it takes longer and cost more because of their attitude .  

Out of state Investors who have appetite for the NY area market and surrounding should reach out. 

I had just bought an off market property to flip but didn't have a regular agent I worked with yet.

If so, how was the lot with the house on it impacted in terms of market value?
