New Home Builder in the Philadelphia market
Just relocated from the Bay Area to the Philadelphia market, working for a real estate developer in Land Acquisition. Would like to connect with other investors in the area, as well as agents, that work on SF tear-downs (or land) for redevelopment opportunities. Looking forward to learning and connecting with you all!

@Mark Sherlock Welcome to Philadelphia. If your focus is on land development, my advice would be to place a greater emphasis on learning the zoning code. There are plenty of benefits associated with building strong realtor relationships, but you will be sent a ton of "land development" opportunities and most will trip you up if you aren't careful. I've never come across a situation where the development potential was knowingly misrepresented but being able to verify the development capabilities is something you should definitely learn.
