They have a desktop solution and mobile app solution for property management that I love!

The bank now receives deposits lumped together, they used to be labeled with the tenant's name but aren't any longer.And my biggest annoyance is that I can no longer have a 'Pay Link' on my website- prospective tenants used to use this to pay my app fee, and some tenants chose to pay their rent through this link rather than the invoice that was e mailed.  

Cole,It does take time, but if you have employees who are getting:-- tenant agreement signed, they should enter the tenant details right away-- work orders ------call in - enter it in the app right away - so when you receive the bill - it should copy over all the details - at this point you have to decide, the amount you are charging the owner and paying the vendor-------online - it should sync with the software you are using - does it?

I have an app that allows me to reboot my router/cable modem too.

An alternative would be Xero Growing - it's at least as good (I actually like it better) and significantly less expensive, while connecting to a myriad of useful apps.

I see it as an option in the app, but it won't allow me to do it.  

With the google voice app, it rings directly to my phone.

I am curious if anyone uses a web-based software (possibly an app) that can do the some (or preferably all) of the following:Accept mobile paymentsAllow tenants to submit non-critical maintenance requests Allow me to manage certain maintenance functions (ie. state mandated lead paint, furnace maintenance, etc)Lease management, especially if it can set reminders to send out renewals. 

We use ActiveCampaign for CRM and it's mobile app is actually better than the task management online.
