Intuit Payment Network former users: What are you using now?

Thanks to all the excellent advice, I'm considering using an online process to collect rent from my SF residence. I was thinking of using Intuit Payment Network but discovered it's been discontinued. So...looking at erentpayment.com and paying the fees myself (list as expense come tax time). Good idea? Something better? I'm looking for minimal hoops to jump through.

Also thinking of tenants who may not want to pay electronically. Check to PO Box, must be received by 1st of month? Yes, no, options?

Eliot M. I'm pretty sure the routing number is public or rather easy to find. One bank I use posts their routing number right on their website, others may also.
