Hey BPers,  I've been casually reading about Peer Street and Fund that Flip and am curious about people's recent and long-term experiences with these services. 

The first of course being ability to repay (which borrower should qualify for in this instance since their payment is going down), but more importantly is the loan to value. 

Together, we negotiated favorable terms with the seller, ensuring a beneficial deal.

What can I ask in terms of how to carry the animal around to prevent anyone else complaining of allergies and such?

You may be in violation of a loan covenant.If you have no mortgage, you are a bigger target for a frivolous lawsuit.  

I am also self employed and only have one year tax return non w 2 so I also did dscr loans for first few and then fix and hold loans.

Cash will be getting progressively tied up in debt funds, small cap growth opportunities, international investing,  basic S&P and some held for a short-term debt basis to enter CRE. 

Looking to do mid term rental in the unit that is left furnished while they are not there and Section 8 in the other units ideally.Just trying to get my reps in with deal calculations.

It's the kind where you're sitting behind the pedals instead of above them - I'm sure there's a technical term for them.Anyway, I started studying and/or reading while riding and actually find myself going for an hour or more at a time and not even realizing it.

So, I do not need these sources of income in order to afford the property, but I've been told that I may need a farm loan?
