It might make it a little harder for You to calculate where you are in the amortization schedule, but the bank's software does it automatically and you can find an app/online calculator to do it yourself.

Their platform updates are poor and the mobile app - ugh (and that's being nice).  

They'll walk you through the whole app, dramatically shortening your learning curve and getting you productive much faster.

On a side note, I recently got a new phone and tried to download the BiggerPockets app on my phone, however, I couldn't find it on the app store.
