HomeGuard is not cheap so I want to make sure this is worth spending money on.

I agree, being taxed as an S Corp saves lots of money from not having to pay the full SE tax.

Ultimately, it's crucial to weigh the potential costs and headaches against the potential return on investment.

I have used PenFed and TD Bank for HELOCs on investment property.
