But it if isn't feasible with the layout, skip it.

A lot of our multifamily inventory is old, converted early 1900s houses rather than purpose built multifamily, so you can often be dealing with inefficient layouts, landlord-paid utilities (water especially) and deferred maintenance.

Based on the layout of the house, I might be able to turn this house into a triplex (where the basement room can be its own studio).
