They do everything digitally, you know how buyers use the internet to find homes they want to buy, theses guys are offering sellers the chance to do the same thing- use the internet to put your house up for sale. 

Too many people want to do "x" so they end up doing "y" and "z" which ultimately dilutes their ability to do "x" the original reason they came to REI.Figure out your goals and work backwards to determine what steps you need to take.Education costs money, whether that's the books you buy or the internet you use to access this site; nothing is free.

A generic lease from the internet will likely not cover important things someone who has years of experience in your area will cover.If you don't know any local RE lawyers, I would simply pick up the phone and start calling different offices in your area. 

I look at maybe 1000 on the INTERNET to find maybe 20 to actually see, at least the outside and neighborhood, to make offers on maybe 8 to buy 3.
