The leased space has this shop and a small parking lot, which can include a maximum of 3 small cars!

To save space and add eye appeal I replaced the bathroom radiator with baseboard.

The air wouldn't work because a rodent had chewed some wires in the attic space. 

I think people are a lot better off with an expandable wired indoor/outdoor camera system.

I believe septic is preferred and a conversion sounds relatively easy, although I have my eye on a place that they said didn't have enough space to covert to Septic.

I know I should stay away from foundation issues, especially being my first one but it’s on a crawl space and thought it could be jacked up and leveled pretty easily.
