LolI was at an event just yesterday about ibuyers and an Open Door agent was a featured speaker.

Podcasts and books are great, you can also get a lot of value out of networking events.

Join and attend as many real estate networking events, groups, and local communities as you can and ask a lot of questions.

I expect things will get tougher later in the year in the likely event that the economy doesn't start back up like gang busters.

You must cash flow 450 or more a month to weather any kind of unpredictable event.

I was shocked to hear that but remembered seeing a video on here were Brandon Turner said it wasn't a big deal when you are just starting out because you don't have alot of equity to come after in the event of a lawsuit so that's why I'm uncertain. 

I live in Key Largo FL  and am active in the Keys and Miami-Dade markets so meeting up is difficult, however definitely open to connecting on here and any virtual events. :)Our plan is to grow our buy and hold portfolio in North Charleston systematically and substantially over the next 7 years.  

Get involve in your local market, assist to government events (now they are mostly virtual which is easier to be present) to learn about the projects the government has, new regulations, new highways, new developments approved, etc. 2.
