I have been floating the idea in my head of becoming a part time real estate agent in the near future (6 months - 1 year).

You could save all your cash and purchase future properties with cash.

I’m going to college this year (graduating HS early) so it’s imperative I make these choices for my future as soon as possible.

My wife and I have been listening to the podcast for a while and are interested in learning how we can use real estate investing to help us along the path to financial freedom, so we can spend more time with our child (and future children!)

I have already attended one meetup and plan on attending many more. i am writing this post to not only introduce myself but to hopefully connect with local investors/wholesalers who can be my future business partnersthanks for reading everyone!!
