I'd suggest you do some reading in the "Real Estate Foreclosure Forums" forums.

I am fairly new to Real Estate but no stranger to cashflow, crunching numbers (spreadsheet whore), and observing markets - Derivatives background.Honestly speaking, it took me a while to find a forum as good as this one so kudos to all involved.My interest in real estate is cash flow (buy and hold) and architectural style, which brings me to almost any brick building (federal style, art deco, chicago etc...) and heavy use of wood trim.

I used to get up at 5 every morning and lift like crazy, now I find myself on this forum every morning, and doing most of my lifting at night :beer: At least I have my arthritis to remind me of the good old days, besides I've lost my desire to lift weights, those things are heavy!

Let me just start out and say I've been looking for a forum like this for awhile.

What a wonderful forum!

Most, however, download it or stream it from our website or from iTunes.The Inland Empire Investors Forum is the closest club I know of.

If anyone has something like this that they'd like to share, please attach it to this thread or let me know . . . we'd love to add something to our forms page.One more thing . . . please note that writing in ALL CAPS is bad form on a forum or Chat room.

More and More people join this forum.

I'm sure there are other sites who will do it also, if you google mailing lists, or peruse the other threads in the forum under Marketing.
