Hello,
My friends are getting tired of me talking about real estate so I decided to surround myself with people who love it as well. I am fairly new to Real Estate but no stranger to cashflow, crunching numbers (spreadsheet whore), and observing markets - Derivatives background.

Honestly speaking, it took me a while to find a forum as good as this one so kudos to all involved.

My interest in real estate is cash flow (buy and hold) and architectural style, which brings me to almost any brick building (federal style, art deco, chicago etc...) and heavy use of wood trim. :D
