The basement could be finished out with small kitchen, and three bedrooms and still have an unfinished area for storage, mechanicals, and w/d.The basement needs finish out/remodel work, I haven't decided what to do with it.The upstairs with light cosmetic remodel (around $8k) will rent for $950 easily.  

I know over time it will grow and expand, but for now this is it, tell me what you think!!!

You can easily find the LLC and cross reference to search for the manager of said LLC. 

If you have an agent who doesn't want to help you grow your business than I have one word for you....NEXT.Agents are a dime a dozen (trust me I am one) and you can easily find someone who cares about you and realizes that a good investor is like having 5 clients/year if not more.Make sure your agent is proactive and will help you find off market stuff as well as MLS.

When you can afford to not have a paycheck for 3-12 months and it not bring your entire house of cards downI've been full-time for 2yrs but I live in a duplex, have no debt except student loans, and spent years honing my craft at living below the poverty so can easily survive leaner times if they occur.

Unfortunately I was recently laid off from the job that brought me out here so now and looking to further expand my knowledge and understanding of being a real estate investor.
