Hello all...my name is Scott and I recently moved to this great state from CT.  I could not be happier with this move.  Unfortunately I was recently laid off from the job that brought me out here so now and looking to further expand my knowledge and understanding of being a real estate investor.  Back in CT I have previously purchased 2 multi-families (buying first when I was 20!)....I sold one for a decent profit after holding for 3 years and still own the other one as it remains quite profitable.  Given this experience its a great starting point but I have a lot to learn.  So hoping to network with some local folks who have purchased multi's while also interested in learning more about flipping (I am a huge fan of "Flip or Flop") and how I can best learn and dip my toe initially.  Thanks everyone!!!
