Hey @Bien Nguyen, so I am not familiar with either area, but I ran the Clearwater Florida tax estimator on a 500k purchase which yielded an estimated $8192.https://www.pcpao.gov/how-do-i/estimate-property-taxesYou can plug in an address a well which should give you a more accurate view.
