How are you guys finding peoples' email addresses?

We feel the current set up is not the most attractive, efficient and secure to either the owner or future customers.

You put in an address and it shows what recent rentals there have been.

I do extract the email addresses from vrbo bookings and keep those in case I ever wanted to send out a marketing email, but never had the need to.  

We knew there were some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed but when the inspector went into the crawl space it revealed some structural issues.

Recently I did a job in the Pearland area I manage to have a conversation with a customer and he is interested to sell his house, is a two story house have 3 bedroom, and 2 baths doesn't look in good condition, but I think this is a flip house, also the customer just had it install a Furnace and a new water heater. the customer happily provide me with his phone number and his address.

Can that drainage be addressed?
