Recommendation for Insurance Demand Letter
A tree fell on one of my properties, and the other party is denying my claim. What lawyer do you recommend to fight the claim and get something paid out?

I am not an attorney, but I'm afraid that in Georgia it is the "recipient" of the tree that is responsible, not the property owner where the tree fell from. The exception is if you can prove that you informed them of a dangerous tree situation, and they neglected to address it. Sorry, I know that's not what you were looking for.
