Current Rent Rates in Las Vegas

Elijah Lopez
Posted

Hi All,

I am currently looking to purchase a primary residence which I later intend to use as a rental property. With the rapid changes in the Las Vegas market I’ve been having trouble pinpointing how much rents are in/near the Summerlin area of Las Vegas.

I’m looking at 2/1 and 3/2 condos. One specific neighborhood I’m looking at is Desert Shores Villas Condos. Does anyone have accurate rent pricing for this area, or the greater Summerlin area, that they can share with me as related to condos?

Thank you in advance!

Your best options IMHo would be check Zillow or local PM’s (probably the same results as Zillow) for available rentals in that area.
