Anyway some small advise from me (I am an Energy auditor myself):1) check on the insulation of the wall2) check if there's any leaks/gaps at the windows3) if your office is facing the sunset, then you may consider low-E graded glass4) you are using your office during daytime, solar air-cond can be considered in this case5) change your lighting to LED type.
