I'm a US citizen but currently living in Israel, and I'm in the process of purchasing a property in Columbus Ohio.My plan is to do some rehab and therefore I want to take a hard money loan which will cover 80% of the purchase price and 100% of the renovation.While talking to the title company, they said there was no problem with me signing with a remote notary.But, the problem is with the lender who requires a wet signutre, and has given me the following options:1.

Try looking into zillow/Redfin and see what your potential rents you can get near the neighborhood by filtering the bedrooms/bathrooms of the intentional property that you are planning to buy.

As long as there is an inspection clause in place and you plan on hiring a professional to review the property, I do not see a need for the agent to walk every property initially.

.- don't get too hung up on the details here. if you're underwriting 25 similar deals in one market and they don't make sense, you have to change your plan somehow. don't keep looking for something that's not penciling out. do what you have to do to tweak your buy box & be ale to make solid offers within the next 2 weeks!
