I would not say the seller was pulling a scam but that he failed to do things properly, that it needs to be done over, that they can't just stop paying and keep the property as they can be evicted.

Although I believe the Donald is not actively involved in this, but it is just his name that is licensed to promote it, this is just another guru scam at its worst.I attended a "free" seminar about this and the douche bag doing the speaking pulled out all the stops.
