@Aman S. we have these installed in several parks and at our business. 8 months in so far so good. 

Should I open a business bank account under my LLC  to make mortgage payments and collect rent even though the property is in my personal name?

This full-time person has now been with me for over 6 months and while it was a scary decision at the time, it was absolutely the best thing I could have ever done for my business. 

The property has two leases to business and the upstairs is a short-term rental on AirBnb.I have $250K in equity and owe $100K.

Unfortunately, a lot of investors first starting out (myself included) tend to focus on finding motivated sellers in these types of communities and then try to talk to the park manager and/or owner to make sure they can do business there.

Has anyone used the OnDeck or Fundbox platform for a business loan?

For example, there is one poster here who's business offers a note fund set up as a c-corp rather than an LLC in order to offer dividends that are more tax friendly for IRA accounts (at least that is how I interpreted it).

Gain information and actively participate in the real estate business.

Or if I want my business number to come up in their caller ID.

Our Business has been growing rapidly as we've employed our capital in the acquisition department.
