I have been trying to get a hold of SBA customer service but no luck.

I am afraid I would be tempted to manage it which I don't want to do-- I want to hire a remote customer service manager to coordinate cleaning and any communication with buyers.

I don't trust they provide the proposals I make, and I have the feeling that they are not serving their customer's best interest on the process...

Many have had to cope with a smaller number of customers due to social distancing requirements, reducing their profits and forcing them to permanently cut staff.

I'm not familiar with this particular contractor, but in general any legitimate contractor should be able to deliver the names and phone numbers of a half-dozen satisfied customers upon request. 

Unfortunately, a licensing board isn't going to care about crappy customer service. 

.- Customer service is huge and you'll live and die on your five star reviews. 

Many tax pros at this point are only answering their phones for current customers as the filing deadline is 3 weeks away.If you're looking for help for 2020 and beyond, maybe give it a couple of weeks before reaching out.  

As a future investor in Richmond, I'd like to know if the local customs differ.Sorry for the not-really-an answer....
