New Landlord Advice

I'll become a first time landlord in the next few months and asking for tips & advice. Does anyone have samples of good detailed rental agreements and applications, particularly in the state of Oklaoma? Should I have the agreement drawn up by a lawyer or make it myself?

So if you want quick and easy, that's the way I'd go. You can also find free versions on the internet, but whether they meet your state requirements or not is impossible to say.
