The Construction Agency (TCA) in Atlanta (Joey Dillon)

David Grant
Posted

Hello all, we wanted to see if anyone has used The Construction Agency (owned by Joey Dillon) in Atlanta. He seems like a great guy but I noticed that there were no BP reviews or discussions on him, though he does have Facebook and Thumbtack reviews.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you all.

Hi @David Grant. I'm not familiar with this particular contractor, but in general any legitimate contractor should be able to deliver the names and phone numbers of a half-dozen satisfied customers upon request. If they can't, run! If they can, contact every one of them and then listen carefully to their story. You'll want actual details:

  • What was the address of the property where work was done?
  • What was the total project budget?
  • Who specifically did the actual work?
  • Did the project come in within budget?
  • Was the work completed on time?
  • How was payment handled?
  • How many projects have they done for you?

Positive social media reviews can be bought; It's much harder to fake a satisfied customer!
