I decided to stay committed where I live and learn this business through testing different things instead of saying it doesn't work where I live.I know for fact that coaching and mentoring is a very rewardingAnd fulfilling and as you continue to apply the universal law of providing more service than you're paid for, it will compensate you massive income way more than you make in real estate all the while helping other people get rich and change their family life by personally mentoring them !

My introduction to real estate investing was through "Rich Dad Poor Dad", as I know is the case with many others on here.

This is where you'll either do your homework and become a rich hero or cut corners and be another person who posts on BP that their mailing aren't working. 

Pay attention to the details of the finishes etc.In your free time or commuting time listen to audio books about real estate such as Rich Dad, Poor Dad and I am sure others can tell you their favorite.#2 Now about money.

As almost 90% people that became a real estate investor, I was inspired by Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Poor Dad.
