Sounds really cool.  

You can put in other clauses to think about it and ask for a 7 day cool off think about it period but this will reduce the likelihood that your offer will be accepted.Better off doing your research before and going in with a solid offer.  

They can cool and heat. 

Also, to make the space look cool, I highly recommend those big murals you put up like wall paper to give it a cool feel.

They offer state specific leases and tenant application processing tools but their cool feature is they integrate the approved application and home content into the lease.I think you will find starting out you need to also find your State and county landlords pocket guides and cheat sheets so you understand what your state rules are so you are in legal compliance at all times.

Cool to have a wife over-seeing 300 units in a market you know so well. 

@Joe Splitrock cool beans... so then my next question would be other than the typical "using the property as collateral" answer is there another way to secure the financing of a property?
