Finally on the forums!!

Hello my fellow investors. My name is Michael Longoria. I am incredibly excited to finally get on the forums and start communicating with like-minded, investment driven individuals. I've been absorbing knowledge through hundreds of podcasts and just about every book ever recommended and I am finally ready to start hunting for deals and changing my life!

Born and raised right here in the currently glowing hot market of Austin Texas, back in 1990, I have an "unfair advantage" of knowing this city and it's neighborhoods like the back of my hand. My wife is currently a multifamily property manager powerhouse, overseeing roughly 300 units, and is the most successful community manager in her company. We plan to use these aspects of our lives to our advantage, and we really like the idea of the "stack" to get us from our first duplex, to our own 300+ unit apartment complex in the coming years.

Super excited to be on the forums and to finally find a local meet up to attend here in Austin. If anyone has any questions about the Austin market or it's submarkets, or even a property management question, we would LOVE to help shed some light in any way we can.
