Hey there,I've been looking into long-term holding of small multifamily units and have learned a lot about it.But I also came across agricultural land and the benefits that come with it.I'd love to learn more from someone who works in or knows about the land business.

We purchased it for the purpose of rezoning to commercial and expand our existing business model (workspace rental for people in the creative field).

As a newer investor my hope is to connect with other investors, Real Estate professionals and learn as much as I can while growing my business. 

My bank has done a few “zero down, get me the $$ by lunch” deals, but I have quite a bit of business at the bank and have 7 figures sitting there with various business accounts.It kind of comes down to your banking relationship.
