I would recommend picking 1 or 2 marketing channels and being consistent on those. 

You can look at Youtube, BP is always sharing on that channel.

It appears as if you may have been uncomfortable/ inexperienced with the wholesale process; therefore experience you a let down.I'm sorry that the lack of communication left room for negative thoughts to take root and grow. 

I didn't have a business card that day, so I think a reconnect with him with more information and a card will keep communication open. 

She has been in close communication with the local community banks over there, and it's getting set up with a low down payment and right off the bat I will have 20k in equity!

I didn't trust the hospital to keep my mom safe and comfortable, as so much communication is lost at shift change and many of the employees are tasked with taking care of too many patients.

Either way, your agent is your agent, so make sure you have open communication with them about any concerns.
