In our Notes, we specifically designate what must occur in the event of a mailing address change by the Note Holder.

I've seen some commentary on proforma software, but is anyone using something for more detailed analysis around feasibility-level design, zoning, and financial modeling all wrapped into one?

Think of it as a variation of builders beige, a grayer beige.

Just note that it's virtually staged and the actual furnishings may differ slightly but will be comparable in design and quality.
