What’s changed in the interest rates of the debt instruments have continually depreciated.I’m just curious how this impacts valuations on real estate.

i bought property at tax sale auction in Dekalb county Georgia, over 12 months ago, now i am doing barment, i published ad news paper, i sent 30 days notices to ex owners and all parties might have interest, and the property now it empty / unoccupied.my question is: if 30 days notice expired and no body redeemed, can i enter the property and start to fix / repair the property, and rent it??

Any changes there could significantly impact the outcome.Lastly, 4.25% interest rate isn't out of the question, but again, you want to make sure that is a rate you have locked in with somebody, as a first time investor may be staring down something in the 5%-6% range.
