@Michelle Bright You can jump through all sorts of hoops to try and split the expense of one heating system across 4 units but whatever the outcome you will still have to adjust their monthly rent down to offset the heating cost you are now holding them accountable for.

I'm one of those guys who likes to take care of the financials, collecting rents, showing properties, etc. sidebut Im not a huge fan of getting stupid calls for small fixes so this would be beneficial
