I am in the pre-investor stage with organizing personal finances/knowledge, and extremely motivated to take my first couple of steps into REI in 2017.

I moved here from Terryville, CT and have been managing an organic farm for the past two years out in Deming.

I've found BP to be great and have begun networking at local REIA's.

Who could coord.When you hire staff; organiZe yourself, efficiently, you have more energy higher and better things.

Dave Cali I can manage SFHs, condos, town homes, 2-4 unit multi-family homes, mixed use buildings and small multi-family buildings up to 10ish units.I have no need for a software as of now because I only manage a handful and stay very organized with each one.

He is professional, prompt and well organized. 

A market that remains widely untapped.Some local Cannabis Clubs have begun to spring up in order to fill the need for a place Renters and other non-homeowners can safely consume their medication (Yes, it is medicine and the US government holds patent 6630507 that even says so).
