I imagine this is a process I have to refine, because these are literally people 25-32 years old with no personal track records, coming from outside the USA in droves, and they don't require traditional documents in order to perform duties.I am going to assume their passports/visas are legit.

We took in a good amount of foreign capital by selling performing notes to overseas entities and individuals, then managing the cash flowing asset.

Lots of beginner investors drink the Kool-aid thinking real estate is where they can do deals, make huge incomes and sit home all day or take lots of vacations.
