Aspiring Real Estate Agent in California

Good Afternoon Everyone, 

I am new to BP and I am currently taking classes for my real estate license. I live in SoCal near Huntington Beach. I want to get into fix and flips, rental properties as well as a traditional agent. Any advice to getting started and if there are anybody in SoCal that wants to connect and network feel free to contact me!
